Per Texas & Federal law, master meter operators are required to inspect components and conditions of distribution systems on both a quarterly and annual basis to stay in good standing for safety requirements.

Required by law every 2 years
The purpose of this inspection is to find and fix leaks on gas piping that are or could become hazardous to persons or property.
Inspections are conducted with leak detection equipment in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
